"Mr.

Mr. Shameer, Founder of Sun Education

Empowering Ambitions. Transforming Lives. Building the Workforce of Tomorrow.

Welcome to the official profile of Shameer A. Muhammed, a visionary leader dedicated to bridging the gap between raw talent and real-world opportunity. As the Founder and Managing Director of SUN Education (SUN Group of Institutions), his mission is simple yet profound: to equip the next generation with the practical, industry-ready skills they need to thrive in a highly competitive global economy.

Rooted in Kerala, Reaching the World

Based in the vibrant hubs of Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) and Nedumangad, Kerala, SUN Education has blossomed under Shameer’s dynamic leadership. What began as a focused initiative has rapidly evolved into a premier skill development powerhouse.

Shameer recognized early in his career that traditional academic degrees alone were not enough to solve modern employment challenges. To fix this, he pioneered a hands-on, career-centric approach to learning. Today, SUN Education stands as a premier destination for specialized vocational training, providing end-to-end career placement support for opportunities across India and abroad.

The Core Philosophy: Skills That Speak

Shameer A. Muhammed believes that education should not just end with a certificate; it must end with an offer letter.

His approach is built on three core pillars:

  •

Industry-Aligned Curriculum: Teaching what the market actually demands.

  •

Holistic Mentorship: Building communication, confidence, and leadership skills.

  •

Guaranteed Pathways: Forging strong corporate partnerships to ensure placement support.

Impact by the Numbers: 100,000 Dreams Realized

True leadership is measured by tangible impact. Through relentless dedication to quality training, Shameer has successfully scaled SUN Education’s programs to touch the lives of over 100,000 students.

Every single number represents a family uplifted, a career launched, and a community strengthened. By focusing on practical vocational training, he ensures that every SUN Education graduate steps into the professional world not just as a student looking for a job, but as a professional ready to add value.

    A Champion of Vocational Excellence

Excellence rarely goes unnoticed. In December 2025, Shameer’s tireless efforts were recognized on a prestigious national stage in New Delhi.

He was honored with the Global Leadership Award 2025 for the “Best Vocational Skills Education with Placement Support in India.” Receiving this high-profile accolade from legendary Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag was more than a personal milestone. It served as a powerful validation of SUN Education’s transformative educational model and Shameer’s unyielding commitment to the youth.

    Looking Ahead: The Vision Continues

For Shameer A. Muhammed, SUN Education is not just a business venture; it is a lifelong commitment to nation-building through education. As industries evolve and new technologies shift the job landscape, his focus remains steadfast on adapting curricula, expanding global placement networks, and unlocking human potential.

The future belongs to the skilled—and Shameer is making sure his students are ready to claim it.
